Located on the Florida Gulf Coast on picturesque Anna Maria Island, our condo is virtually steps (57 to be exact)from the beautiful soft white sands of Holmes Beach named as one of the top 5 beaches in Florida. Enjoy the fantastic sunsets from the rooftop sundeck or take a refreshing dip in the warm coral waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Island of Anna Maria is blessed with year round sunshine and is home to some of the best shelling anywhere not to be outdone with a vast variety of restaurants and quaint shops. Although minutes from these amenities, the small condo complex (4 units) is situated in a quiet secluded area with its own lush landscaping for added privacy.
THE CONDO
This is a two bedroom two bath 1st floor unit located on Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island (AMI). Our unit has been recently redecorated and updated with new TV's, DVD players, new mattresses and sheets and comforters as well as new kitchen ware and accessories. The complex also has a large heated pool and newly installed hard wired and wireless internet service for your use. Every possible vacation need has been thought of even down to complimentary beach towels for your use. All that you will need to bring is a bathing suit and a toothbrush but don't forget the sunscreen as the Florida sun can be quite intense even on those "cloudy" days.
ANNA MARIA ISLAND
Anna Maria Island (AMI) consists of three communities (Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, and Bradenton Beach)on the Gulf Coast of Florida approximately 1 hour from two major airports at Tampa and Sarasota. All of the communities are connected to the Mainland by a series of draw bridges over the Intercoastal Waterway. AMI also boasts of a totally FREE trolley system that will transport you from one end of the island to the other as often as you would like. Every water activity is available as well as a large Marina for anyone wishing to do Off-shore fishing. Closer to home, the beaches of AMI are recognized as the finest in the US for the variety and quality of the shelling.
